These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and may be amended from time to time. The Somnaform Sleep System is a Health Canada certified and approved over-the-counter medical device available to you without a prescription. It may assist with snoring. If you do not have success with the Somnaform Sleep System in reducing your snoring or assist in making your CPAP/BIPAP therapy easier and more comfortable, we urge you to see your physician for a sleep test.

Replacement and Usage

Replace your Somnaform Sleep System. every six months or earlier as needed depending on your usage. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight on the Somnaform Sleep System. Always store Somnaform Sleep System in a dry and clean location. You should wash the pillowcase regularly in the same way as other bedding. The foam devices may be wiped clean if they become soiled, but should not be placed in the washing machine.

Refunds and Returns

You may cancel an order within two weeks of the order. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 15 days after they have been delivered to you. Products should be returned unsoiled in their original packaging. Laws on returning bedding products are similar to the laws governing the return of underwear. Furthermore, the Somnaform is a personal medical device. Used medical equipment cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Limited Warranty

Products are covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty; which only guarantees that products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is applicable providing the products are used for the sole purpose intended, under normal conditions. Normal wear and tear and natural aging of the product or damages caused by the purchaser are excluded from the warranty. The product will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge, exclusive of shipping cost, if the product is returned within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Somnaform Sleep System products are otherwise non-returnable for sanitary reasons. No refunds or exchanges.

Shipping

You will receive an e-mail notification after your order has been made. Please make sure that you put your correct address on your order form. If your package is undeliverable, you will incur additional shipping costs to get your order shipped back to you. If possible, please have your order shipped to a place where someone can sign for the delivery. For orders shipped to destinations outside of Ontario, Somnaform Corporation shall not be responsible for any duties or taxes associated with the shipment.

We accept the following payment forms: Visa and MasterCard. Please do not send cash, cheques or COD orders.
