1. What are the Somnaform products and how do they work?
Somnaform products include specialty pillows and medically designed, patented, full-body sleep systems. Some of our products are class 1 medical devices. Somnaform Corporation is registered and reviewed by Health Canada and the FDA in the U.S. The Somnaform Premium Sleep System is actually four (4) separate supports (head, back connector and detachable leg support) that work together as a total body sleep system. The Somnaform structured core gently, but firmly, positions you on your side, detached parts shown below.

2. What is Somnaform Premium System made of?
Somnaform Sleep Systems are composed of several different parts and materials. The Somnaform Premium System has several parts and components including: a memory foam pillow (head); foam core backrest; foam core legrest; adjustable leg positioning device; foam core legrest; and two (2) washable 100% cotton outer pillowcases.

4. What are the Somnaform product warnings?
INDICATED USE: Somnaform Premium Sleep System or BebeSmart side sleeper pillow may reduce snoring. WARNING: The user of the Somnaform Premium Sleep System or BebeSmart side sleeper pillow should consult with their physician for evaluation of obstructive sleep apnea or other respiratory disorders, if your snoring is accompanied by any of the following symptoms: - Frequent excessive daytime sleepiness - Periods of not breathing, as observed by bed-partners - Awaking short of breath, Choking or Gagging.
Contraindications: - A history of heart disease - Being substantially overweight. **Note: Not for use by or with infants or children. Do not use if pain or discomfort results. Never sleep or rest in the same bed with infants or children. Use only as directed.
5. Will Somnaform products help with my OSA?
No. Somnaform products are not for the treatment of Obstructive or Central Sleep Apnea or any other medical condition.
6. What if my Somnaform product changes colour?
The Somnaform Premium Sleep Systems, like all foam products, will change colour with time and use. This is a normal occurrence (oxidization) and is to be expected. Foam changes colour normally. Somnaform pillows will break down and lose structure and function with time and use. It is important to replace your Somnaform System every twlve (12) months or earlier if you feel the product lose its support or for hygienic reasons.
7. When should I replace my Somnaform product?
Every tweleve (12) months or earlier as needed depending on usage. Avoid direct sunlight on Somnaform Sleep Systems. Store in dry location away from sunlight.
8. Can I wash my Somnaform products?
You should wash your pillowcases regularly in the same way as other bedding and pillowcases. The foam pilow and parts themselves can be wiped clean if they become soiled, but should not be placed in a washing machine. If severely soiled, replace entire product.
9. What is the Warranty for a Somnaform product?
Products are covered under the manufacturer's limited warranty; which only guarantees that pillow products are free from defects in workmanship and materials. The warranty is applicable providing the products are used for the sole purpose intended, under normal conditions. Normal wear and tear and natural aging of the product or damages caused by the purchaser are excluded from the warranty. The product will be repaired or replaced (at our option) without charge, exclusive of shipping cost, if the product is returned within thrity (30) days of the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Somnaform products are otherwise non-returnable for sanitary reasons.
